Final pricing may differ if concealed damage is found, if the scope of work changes at your request, or if the parts required differ from what was initially identified. Any change in price will be discussed with you before additional work is performed.
4. Scheduling and Access
We make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled appointment times. If weather or other circumstances prevent us from completing a scheduled visit, we will contact you to arrange a new time as soon as possible. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing an accurate description of the door and any known issues, ensuring the work area is cleared and accessible, and disclosing any hazards or prior work on the door. Simpson Sales Unlimited is not responsible for pre-existing conditions that were not reasonably apparent or disclosed.
6. Safety and DIY Work
Garage doors involve high-tension springs and heavy moving components. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from work performed by you or a third party on a door we have serviced. Do not attempt to adjust springs, cables or tracks yourself.
7. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on doors, openers and component parts are provided by their respective manufacturers. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services we performed.
8. Payment
Payment terms are agreed in advance and stated on your estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the work.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simpson Sales Unlimited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services performed. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
